If anyone asked me what I would like to become when I was younger, I would definitely have said teaching. Teaching for me, has been something that has always been in my bones. It was an innate ability in me that I have always been proud to have.
Hello, my name is Gloria Elendu and I am the Learning Manager at Gradely.co.

Education has always been a part of me. I grew up amidst everything education because my parents currently run a successful elementary school
I never had any real challenges academically as a young child. I was the kind of learner that many educators aspired to have in their classrooms because I made their work easier.

Many times, other kids in the class were asked to approach me for a better explanation. I think that was when I knew the power of using the right language and breaking instruction in chewable and assimilable bits so that anyone could easily digest it. My inspiration to be a teacher came from a need to give the right support to learners and my immense love for learning.
The remedial school is one initiative that I believe has come at the very right time. Many learners who need the most support in their learning are not usually given adequate attention and some educators prefer having very bright students because it means minimal input in terms of efforts.
The remedial school is here to give all kids the adequate support they need and to help improve their grades.
